Herman Suhardjito

Herman Suhardjito, a graduate of the Bachelor of Applied Science Department of Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada (2006), has had a brilliant career.
Experienced as a Business Analyst at Quad Infotech Inc. and Production Scheduler at Lovat Inc. – Caterpillar Inc. in Canada, Herman gained a deep understanding of business analysis and supply chain management. As Sales and operation Director at PT Sarana Andalan Nasional (2010-2013) and Finance and operation Director at PT Sarana Boga Nusantara (since 2010), he has proven strong leadership.
Currently, Herman serves as Independent Commissioner, Head of Audit Committee then Head of Nomination and Remuneration Committee at PT Dunia Virtual Online Tbk (since 2023), demonstrating high trust at the company's decision-making level. With a solid educational background and extensive experience, Herman continues to be a key contributor in directing the company's success.

Cheryl Tanaka, S.Kom, MM

Cheryl Tanaka, S.Kom, MM is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources management. During her tenure as HR Quality Management General Manager at PT Mitra Adiperkasa (July 2019 - August 2022), she became a proactive HR generalist, implementing new Performance Appraisal methods, updating HR policies, and overseeing the launch of a new HRIS System (Darwinbox) as well as Job Evaluation.
She joined as a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Dunia Virtual Online Tbk in 2023. Previously, as HR General Manager at Mayapada Hospital Group (February 2018 - July 2019), Cheryl was successful in reviewing and updating policies, performance assessment methods and budgeting for HR costs. Her role extends to approving payroll, reviewing benefits and managing HR during the difficult period of the Covid pandemic.
Her extensive experience at PT AIA Financial involves various roles ranging from Compensation Benefits Deputy Dept Head to Human Resources Business Partner. She actively contributes to the company's success by aligning Target Operating Models with business strategy, participating in the budget process, conducting performance assessments, and managing compensation and benefits.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Computers (S.Kom) from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta (1999-2003) and a Masters in Management (MM) majoring in Finance from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta (2005-2006) and her academic achievements reflect her dedication to excellence in education. formal and professional efforts.

Juanna Judith Huliselan, SE, MA, Ph.D

Juanna Judith Huliselan, SE, MA, Ph.D, a professional and Indonesian citizen who lives in Jakarta, has an impressive educational journey. She studied at Pattimura University Ambon (1977-1985), Maluku, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics. It didn't stop there, her educational journey continued at the School of Management Systems (1995-1997), Hull University, England, Kingdom, where she earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management. Her dedication to knowledge doesn't stop there; she earned a Philosophy Doctor (PhD) degree at University Utara Malaysia (1999-2003).
Not only reaching the pinnacle of formal education, but also demonstrating commitment and expertise in various fields. With the objective of becoming a lecturer in the fields of Compensation Systems, Human Resource Investment, Organizational Development, and Cross-Cultural Management, as well as being a consultant for national companies and state-owned companies in Change Management, Preparation of Key Performance Indicators, and design of payroll systems and Performance Management Systems. As a trainer in soft skills such as Motivating, Leading, Job Engagement, Job Satisfaction, Job Commitment, and Achievement Skills, she has a strong focus in human development.
Her expertise and experience are not only reflected in academic degrees. Since joining PT Dunia Virtual Online Tbk in 2023 as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, she has made numerous valuable contributions. Apart from that, she is active as Director of the APEC-IBIZ Indonesia Program, Technical Assistant for the APEC Project for SME, and Retails Business Consultant & Human Capital Consultant until now.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee include:
  1. i. In the field of nominations:
    1. a. Provide recommendations to the Board of Commissioners regarding:
      1. 1. Composition of positions of members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board Commissioner/
      2. 2. Policies and criteria required in the nomination/
      3. 3. Performance evaluation policy for members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners.
    2. b. Assist the Board of Commissioners in assessing the performance of members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners based on benchmarks measures that have been prepared as evaluation material.
    3. c. Provide recommendations to the Board of Commissioners regarding the program developing the capabilities of members of the Board of Directors and/or members Board of Commissioners.
    4. d. Providing proposals for candidates who meet the requirements as members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners to the Board Commissioners to be submitted to the GMS.
  2. ii. In the area of remuneration:
    1. a. Provide recommendations to the board of commissioners regarding:
      1. 1. Remuneration Structure
      2. 2. Policy on Remuneration
      3. 3. Amount of Remuneration
    2. b. Assist the Board of Commissioners in conducting performance assessments according to suitability Remuneration received by each member Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners.
